This business, a fast-paced SME, is a leading provider of Wifi, cellular and satellite connectivity solutions across the UK, specialising in providing remote areas with cutting-edge connectivity systems. Their clients are primarily within the Ministry of Defence, MET Office, and Construction sector. Currently connecting one thousand sites per year, this business are looking to bring on motivated staff in order to facilitate the uptake of further projects, with the aim to be the best in their class within the UK.

In this role you will be based from the Farnborough office but be predominantly field based travelling across the UK and into Scotland managing a team of Service Delivery Technicians. You will be visiting sites, auditing technicians, putting training programmes together, working with the solutions and sales teams to ensure expectations are met, ensuring all H&S is followed and that the technicians are fully equipped.
The ideal candidate will have managerial experience within the telecoms sector with technical understanding of wifi, cellular and satellite communications. You will need to be comfortable with a fast paced intense role and have a full UK driving licence.
