An extremely well-established, multi branch Estate Agency is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their hungry and experienced team in Sutton Coldfield

This is a fantastic brand to work for and a great opportunity for negotiators looking to further their career and progress within the property sector.

The Essentials:

Basic up to £25k + Generous commission

*

OTE - Uncapped

*

Fantastic Commission Package and Bonuses

* 22 days annual leave plus 8 stat bh’s (rising to 27 with time served)

* Day off for birthday (after 12 months service)

* Death in service up to x2 salary

* Hours 9-5.30, Mon - Fri

* Working 1 Sat in 4. Any additional Saturdays (if required) are paid or time off in lieu

* In- training (we are accredited through Propertymark to deliver EA qualifications)

* Ability to carry over 2 days annual leave

* Pension 3% employer; 4% employee

Ideally you will Be:

Local to Sutton Coldfield

*

Have at least 12 months experience working in as a Sales Negotiator.

Energetic, enthusiastic, driven and hungry

KPI driven and motivated to exceed targets

*

Personable, friendly with ability to establish quick rapport with applicants

Articulate, confident and intelligent

*

Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner

Not afraid of hard work

*

Full, clean UK driving license
