French Canadian speaking Helpdesk Analyst

Great opportunity for a French Canadian speaker with strong customer service skills to join a multilingual helpdesk team with a well-established IT solutions provider.

Working either in-house in Derby, or remotely (UK or globally), you will work alongside and support existing team members using your French Canadian in order to provide an excellent level of technical / customer service support to one of their major customers.

As French Canadian speaking Helpdesk Analyst you will be responsible for providing first line technical and service desk support via phone and remote login.

Duties will include:

* Logging calls into their ticket management system.

* Ensuring all tickets are moved to the correct queues and the appropriate engineers are assigned to do the work.

* Engaging with international clients on a technical level.

The successful French Canadian speaking Helpdesk Analyst must have previous experience, and an understanding of ticketing systems and escalation procedures. Previous experience within a level 1 technical service desk role would be a distinct advantage although isn’t essential as training will be given. You must, however, have an upbeat, outgoing, and personable nature to fit in with their vibrant team.

Strong IT, admin, and communication skills essential.

They also have an opportunity for a German & French speaker.

Whilst this role can be worked remotely there may possibly be a couple of occasions per annum that you will need to attend the office in Derby for training / business events.
