An opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant post to support the children of Early Years Foundation Stage. GSL Education is working with a Primary school based in Leicester who are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled, enthusiastic and well-motivated Teaching Assistant with Level 3 Qualifications. 

The applicant must be a committed team player, but have the confidence to also work independently, as you support and develop relationships with the pupils to support them in achieving their personal targets. This friendly & supportive school is offering the position for the remainder of the school year with the expectation of a permanent opportunity as soon as possible

The successful candidate will:
Have a Level 3 qualification.
Have previous, recent and relevant experience of working 1:1 with pupils
Work collaboratively with the staff in EYFS to support pupil in accessing the curriculum.
Have an understanding of and commitment to Inclusion.
The ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative when required.
Understand strategies for managing behaviour.About the school:
