Your role as a Year 3/4 Class Teacher
As a Key Stage 2 class teacher, your duties will include but are not limited to:

Impart knowledge and develop understanding through effective use of lesson time.
Know when and how to differentiate appropriately, using approaches which enable pupils to be taught effectively.
Know and understand how to assess the relevant subject and curriculum areas, including statutory assessment requirements.
Have clear rules and routines for behaviour in classrooms and take responsibility for promoting good and courteous behaviour both in classrooms and around the school, in accordance with the school's behaviour policy.
Be accountable for pupils' attainment, progress, and outcomes.
Establish a safe and stimulating environment for pupils, rooted in mutual respect.
Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school.
What you will need to apply for this Year 3/4 Class Teacher
Good educational background including a good Honours Degree or equivalent.
Excellent classroom practitioner
Experience teaching a range of year groups.
Positive and enthusiastic approach towards work
