Assembly Production Team Leader

Salary Up to £30,000 per annum plus shift allowance

An automotive Manufacturing Engineering company are looking to recruit an Experienced Production Team Leader to lead an Assembly Production Team in a busy factory.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in a similar role with an Automotive company. The ideal candidate will be able to work a 3 shift pattern.

Role and Responsibilities

* Leading and motivating a production team

* Ensuring the production team are working to hit targets

* Promoting a Health and Safety Culture within the team

Knowledge and Experience

* Must have proven experience as Team Leader or Supervisor ideally within FMCG Manufacturing or Automotive Manufacturing

* Excellent time keeping and attendance

* Exceptional communication levels written and verbal at all levels

* The ability to identify and implement continuous improvement ideas
