Resource Planners required!

Working close to Dover, you will plan all resources based on operational needs as priorities set by the Operational Manager. This will be primarily dependent on the utilisation of multi-skilled resources, encompassing workforce requirements, asset allocation, and internal/external customer requirements.

Within this position you will achieve optimum performance in the planning of resources and manpower in accordance with SLAs and KPIs. You will allocate and accurately record all operating shifts to ensure that employees are aware of their shift schedules and that the necessary resources are available for operational needs. You will ensure accurate payroll hours each month, together with any annual leave, sickness and other allowances are processed in a timely manner. In order to arrange the appropriate quantity of staffing and assets, while keeping hours under budget and overtime to a minimum, this function heavily relies upon communication with key areas of the business.

You will receive a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, plus benefits:

Must have previous experience within a resource planning/capacity planning management role
Excellent knowledge of operational planning (desirable within maritime/airport)
Experience with planning/scheduling systems
Advanced level of knowledge of MS Office packages
Previous experience of producing and providing status report both written and verbal
Experience of working to and delivering to a manpower budgetCVs in Word please.
