We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator on behalf of a company based just outside Tanworth in Arden. On offer is a permanent job paying to £26,000 per year plus onsite parking (please note you will need your own vehicle to get to and from work).

As the Project Coordinator you will be:

Working to deliver installations on budget, to meet contractual specification and quality standards.

*

Working closely with customers to plan installation projects across the UK.

*

Working closely with the installation teams ensuring they have confirmation of all upcoming projects including address and job details.

*

checking in with the installation teams daily to see how they are progressing with their current installation project.

*

Preparing all job packs.

*

Using your experience to look for and suggest ways of improving current procedures and performance.

The Project Coordinator will have overall responsibility for:

*

Checking rates on orders.

*

Liaising with customers to confirm scheduled installation dates.

*

Project and Material scheduling.

*

Project delivery including booking accommodation for the teams and hiring of plant and machinery required for the installation.

*

Creation of Job Packs.

*

Communication with Installation Teams and Customers.

*

Any remedial scheduling.

To be considered as the Project Coordinator you will need:

To be organised in you approach to work and projects.

*

To be able to work well under pressure, be a good problem solver, have an outgoing and friendly personality and be confident and happy to speak to customers and installation teams on the phone.
