Who are you:

You adore processes and truly love investigating and instigating change that will drive us towards best practice across our engineering, operations and delivery teams.  It is likely that you have an operations background, we are though agnostic to industry and career path. We would welcome process, operations, project management, six sigma or audit backgrounds as examples. 

The challenge:

Our business grows at 50% every year. We are entrepreneurial, decisive and fast paced.  As we grow, we need to adapt to new technologies, business models, market demands to stay competitive and meet the changing need of customers. This can involve upgrading infrastructure, implementing new digital services, expanding network capabilities, and improving customer experience. Can you help us create an agile and flexible organisation that can respond to emerging trends and deliver innovative solutions to customers. 

So, identify what we have, the good, the workarounds and the ugly. Document it, process map it, show the flow, and then consult to show what best practice is.
