Internal Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales required to join a engineering distributor based in Stockport.

The successful Internal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales shall provide support, quotations, proficient customer service, order handling of Industrial Automation products including PLCs (programmable logic controllers), variable speed drives, control panels, control gear, industrial switches, I/O systems, I/O modules, Wincc, HMI panels, transmitters, profibus, switchgear, etc.

Some exposure to the above products, electrical, or engineering products is preferred.

Give advice and guidance on product selection as per customers’ needs.

Generate & provide quotations & proposals of Industrial Automation & similar electrical engineering products – including PLCs (programmable logic controllers), variable speed drives, control panels, control gear, industrial switches, I/O systems, I/O modules, Wincc, HMI panels, transmitters, profibus, SCADA, switchgear, etc.

Carry out contractual review and preparation of formal quotations against customer requirements.

Provide support and cover to other Sales Engineers and all aspects of Customer services - e.g. order processing, expediting, documentation etc.

Liaise with various engineering departments.

Must be commutable to Stockport.

Requirements

Experience in a similar internal sales or product support & selection role - Internal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales

Some knowledge of PLCs (programmable logic controllers), variable speed drives, control panels, control gear, industrial switches, I/O systems, I/O modules, Wincc, HMI panels, transmitters, profibus, SCADA, switchgear, electrical, or engineering products
