Are you an experienced Finance professional and are you looking for a new opportunity in West Sussex? Stroud Resourcing is working with a specialist private ophthalmology group to find a full time Finance and Commercial Manager, the role comes with a salary of £50,000 and excellent benefits.

You will work within luxurious state of the art facilities, be part of a friendly and passionate team that prioritises employee wellbeing and professional development. They prioritise their employees having a good work life balance, you can expect to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
 
Within this role you can expect to:

Work with the Senior Management and Clinical Management team to review services and profitability, providing dedicated support on how they can maximise operational efficiencies and profitability.
Ensure robust processes are in place for revenue capture, auditing and collating data that can influence business processes and decisions.
Be accountable for the monthly and yearly financial reports, organising payroll and improve billing processes.This is an incredibly exciting opportunity – you will be working with a business that has a BIG growth trajectory and a fantastic reputation for providing fantastic care for their patients. You can expect to contribute to their expansion plans and be a valued member of the management team.
