Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator based in Bedford for a distribution company.
Summary of the Accounts Administrator role…
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 40 hour working week, Monday – Friday
As the Accounts Administrator, your role will involve the following important duties:
Receiving, processing and verifying invoices related to accounts payables.
Liaising with suppliers.
Manage and respond to invoice and payment queries.
Post invoices and credit notes and ensure they are coded correctly.
Run cost reports for the carriers.
Set up new PO requisitions.
The experience required…
As a successful Accounts Administrator, you will have the following:
Previous Accounts Payable experience.
Accounts and Finance reporting experience.
Good communication skills.
Intermediate Excel with experience in Vlookups and pivot tables.
