Responsible to: Director

Principal Accountabilities

Acting as the first point of contact for candidates; identifying their skills and matching with appropriate vacancies.
Managing the recruitment process, providing advice and guidance regarding specific positions/ interviews/placements and then supporting them throughout their role.
Developing and maintaining relationships with private clients, VMS clients and NHS trusts
Big potential for career progression including leading a team of junior staff. Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

Current experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant within the medical sector
Previous experience of working to framework guidelines (such as CCS/HTE)
Proven track record of billing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter who is goal oriented and has a proven experience of working with a matter of urgency.
