A great opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction specialist based in Hampshire. The company are a sub-contractor within the building envelope / facade sector and due to ongoing growth, they have a position for a Quantity Surveyor to work alongside their commercial department on projects within the commercial and industrial sectors.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will hold a degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (or similar). It would be advantageous if the Quantity Surveyor has working knowledge within building envelopes, training will be given to Junior level individuals. The company are also considering people at an Assistant level as well, so if you are an Assistant looking to develop with a growing business please also apply.

Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

Preparing tender and contract documents this will include bills of quantities.
Abide by the company's regulations and health and safety procedure.
Work closely alongside the Senior QS
Assist with the management of projects
Work on complex projects.

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

Degree or similar in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
Live close to the Hampshire area
Sub-Contractor experience (building envelope knowledge is highly beneficial)
Full UK Driver's License
