The ideal candidate Resident Liaison Officer (RLO/TLO) will have held a similar role previously working directly with tenants, sub contractors and direct labour force to ensure that contracts are delivered to clients in a professional and courteous fashion. ensuring that tenants receive assistance and support whilst their properties are being refurbishment primarily Kitchen and Bathrooms.

Ability to work at all levels whilst ensuring contracts are delivered professionally. Working alongside other members of the business team.
