Location: Home based / West Midlands with regional travel | Salary: £39-44K + car + benefits

A leading Facilities Management contractor have an opportunity for a Regional Health & Safety Advisor to join their team. The company has been appointed on a prestigious national FM contract to deliver hard and soft services across a large, multi-site client property portfolio. You will be responsible for providing professional Health & Safety advice, support and guidance to a range of stakeholders, ensuring high standards are maintained across the contract.

This role is home-based with travel across the Midlands and Wales, so the ideal candidate will live around the West Midlands area and be willing to travel across the central region. We are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor with a background in the built environment with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with a remote team spread across the country.

* NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent – minimum

* TechIOSH status

* FM / property management background

* Excellent communication skills
