We are currently looking for a Build Account Manager to join a repairs and maintenance contractor in Deeside. This is a permanent role with a base salary of £24,000 and an OTE of up to £45,000.

What are the day to day responsibilities of the Build Account Manager ?

Responsible for bringing new business through the door
Scheduling the technicians for the required days on our internal CRM system
Checking operatives in on site
Developing relationships with Site managers and Customer care managers
Recruiting/ Resourcing additional technicians when required to fulfil orders.
Invoicing works complete on your account
Carry out inductions across the UK for new technicians

To be a successful Build Account Manager you will have:

Experience working in a fast-paced environment Recruitment is a bonus as this role works very similar.
Sales driven with excellent customer service skills.
Experience with CRM/ Scheduling systems in preferred
Full UK Driving license
Experience in interviewing candidates and collating required compliance
