Taskmaster Resources Ltd are currently recruiting for a confident team leader to manage rotational shifts in a busy tray wash company based in the Normanton area. The shifts will be 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights.Starting 6 until 6

12 hour shifts.

£12 per hour with attendance bonus paid at £12.50 per hour when all 4 shifts are completed each rotation.

The duties will include:

* Leading the team making sure everyone is where the need to be and working well.

* office work

* filing reports

* making sure the lines are running and reporting any faults

* working on the lines when needs be

* manning the staff (inlcuding covering sickness and holidays)

* staff meetings

* working on your own initiative

Ideally the right candidate for the role will have had previous experience with team leader roles.

Due to needing to be on site at 6am some shifts, living local or being able to drive and having a vehicle is quite important.
