A VERY exciting opportunity to join an evolving, sustainable fashion brand as a Store Manager.

The brand is a portal to island living and is an authority in men’s and boy’s resort wear for the discerning traveller. With a family history in The Bahama Islands, the founders have mastered island style for over a decade, with uncompromising attention to detail, sustainable provenance and a greater purpose.

Born in the Bahamas and raised in London, you will join the joyful brand to support across both their London based stores located in Chelsea and Notting Hill.

You will directly manage a team of up to 3 Sales Associates.
Providing the most memorable service and building customer relationships are an integral part to this role.
Reporting into the Retail Manager you will oversee all commercial elements of the business from back of house operations to reporting on sales and KPI’s/sales targets.
The autonomy to be entrepreneurial and own your business from a networking/eventing perspective.
This could be a fantastic opportunity if you are currently a Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager looking for that next step up!

Additionally, the business is extremely proud to be working with some incredible people, from some incredible charities and organisations in conservation. They are currently working on the below projects that they are passionately championing and helping fund.

The brand is committed to donating 2% of their net revenue each year to charity, helping wild elephants and other endangered wildlife, as well as rural communities.

They donate 1% in funding to their chosen wildlife conservation projects, as proud members of '1% For The Planet'. These are targeted cash donations, supporting select wildlife and environmental projects, protecting wild elephants and other endangered species and promoting human-wildlife coexistence.

The brand also donate 1% of our net revenue in Products In Kind to rural communities.
