C9 Recruitment is currently seeking telesales/customer service excutives to join a fast-growing and successful full-service marketing agency based in Redhill.  The candidate will ideally be motivated and result-driven with experience in B2B. The firm has recently expanded through appointment of new senior management and boasts a loyal client base, strong service levels, and a commitment to providing the best service.

Telesales Exectuive Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our exceptional range of products/services and highlighting their benefits
Understand customer needs and address any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and empathy
Present product features, pricing, and special offers in a compelling manner to generate sales opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system
Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving individual and team goals
Stay updated on our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to better serve our customers

Telesales Exectuive Requirements:

Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales / customer service role is desirable but not essential
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close sales and handle objections professionally
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
Resilience and a positive attitude, enabling you to handle rejection with grace
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment
Hours of operation:
Monday – Friday – 09:00am – 05:00pm
