Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to Year 5 students, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.
Foster a positive and supportive classroom culture, promoting pupil participation, independence, and academic growth.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for individualised learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects and activities.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or queries.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with experience in Year 5.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
