Position: Lift Engineer

Location: Oxford

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Company Van

Job Description: As a Lift Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a diverse range of lifts across the Oxford region. Your expertise will ensure the safety and optimal performance of lifts, along with delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires hands-on experience in lift servicing and repair, as well as a passion for upholding high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct routine servicing, inspections, and repairs on a variety of lifts, adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.

* Troubleshoot and diagnose lift faults efficiently, implementing effective solutions promptly.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance visits, repairs, and part replacements.

* Collaborate with the technical team to identify opportunities for lift enhancements and upgrades.

* Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and addressing their needs professionally.

* Prioritize safety at all times, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in lift servicing and repair is essential.

* NVQ Level 3 qualification in Lift Engineering is required.

* In-depth technical knowledge of different lift systems and components.

* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet service deadlines.

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

* A valid driver's license and residing within a 30-mile radius of Oxford.
