PPM & Maintenance Administrator - £27,000
We are working with a regional and reputable Building Services and Engineering company, who due to internal growth are looking to bring on a PPM & Maintenance Administrator to work in their offices on the outskirts on Romsey. This is a full time, permanent role.
Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Administrator:
* Review engineering reports and chasing engineers for any missing information
* Input data onto excel and running reports to create a client overview
* Organise and maintain an accurate filing system
* Improve current reporting processes and procedures to improve efficiency
* Working collaboratively with engineering team and wider department to provide a range of Maintenance administration duties
Qualifications required for the role:
* Experience in a similar role, ideally within a construction or engineering environment would be an advantage but is not essential
* Able to pick up new systems and company procedures quickly
* Good attention to detail and comfortable working with data
* Highly proficient in Microsoft excel with good overall IT skills
Due to the site location, a full driving license is essential.
The working hours for this role at 42.5hours per week, Mon – Fri. This is a full time, permanent role based in the office. The salary on offer is £27,000 with great additional company benefits
