Our client is a Domiciliary Care Company registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission with service user focused in Enfield, Harringay, Essex, Hertfordshire (working primarily around these areas) Office based in Harlow.
They have over 25 years practical experience of working in the homecare sector.
They provide domiciliary care in the community to everyone. They are committed to supporting vulnerable people in their own homes so that they can continue their lives with dignity and independence and be participating members of their communities. They aim to provide care and support services to service users to enable them to remain at home and maintain their independence.
As a Supported Living Manager, you will be the driving force behind our supported living services, responsible for managing the domiciliary care and supported living aspects of our business.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the supported living site.
Overseeing local authorities` interactions and compliance.
Taking responsibility for the nominated individual and company director.
Employing and managing staff.
Building and nurturing a dedicated team.
Ensuring compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards and regulations.
Demonstrating a proven track record of successful CQC inspections.
Collaborating with a consultant during the initial phase of your role.
Contributing to the growth and expansion of our business.
Qualifications and Experience:
To excel in this role, you should have:
Substantial experience in a management role, preferably in a similar healthcare or supported living environment.
The ability to evidence successful CQC inspections and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
A commitment to providing exceptional care for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Position: Supported Living Manager
Location: Enfield, Harringay, Essex, Hertfordshire (working primarily around these areas) Office based in Harlow
Start Date: 1st week of October
Salary: £35,000 per annum
The position will be based around the Enfield, Harringay, Essex, and Hertfordshire areas, with occasional visits to the Harlow branch where the position is registered.
You will have the option to use a company car or your own vehicle for work-related travel.
Company car - paid mileage 0,15p x mile OR own car - paid mileage 0,45p x 10k miles and 0,25p after - every tax year will renew.
