Trainee - Senior Recruitment Consultants

Roles and responsibilities of a Trainee Recruiter:
Sourcing / qualifying candidates.
Advertising job opportunities and manage advert response.
Networking to generate both client and candidate leads.
Working closely with Senior Consultants and Directors
Working to achieve individual and team targets.
Office based role with some client meetings.
As full and comprehensive training is given this role would suit either a recent Graduate / College leaver or someone with some previous sales experience and looking to progress their career and earning potential.
New Business development alongside existing client management
