The Role of a Support Worker

Are you passionate about looking after Vulnerable adults with Learning diasbilites, mental health , challenging behavour etc.. do you enjoy making a difference to there lives. We have various of shifts available and can book your shifts around your availabilty!.

Requirements of a Support Worker

* Good Communication Skills,

* Flexibility in work patterns and schedules

* Encouraging residents to feel comfortable and confident in their abilities to live independently

* Adult / Child DBS

Benefits:

* Pay Rates: £10.42 -12.00

* Free training !

* Flexible working around your availability , Full Time or Part time ,day shifts night shifts

* Weekly pay every Friday
