Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a leading Distribution business in Basingstoke. This is a full time position working 5 out of 6 days across Monday - Saturday, 6am - 2pm position available

Responsibilities as a Warehouse Team Leader:
- Leading a team of warehouse workers
- Supporting the first line manager
- implementing the daily staffing plan
- Training colleagues where needed, following health and safety procedures
- Briefing the team daily and creating targets
- Assisting with warehouse duties and leading by example
- Ensuring productivity rates are achieved

Requirments:
- Experience leading a team
- Wealth of previous warehouse experience
- IT Literate
- Available immediately
