Hays are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Manager role based in Middleton.
Your new role
Your new role will involve driving targets, implementing process improvements, being a key stakeholder for the organisation, supporting around 150 members of staff and ensuring team performance is maximised through training, project management and incentive programmes.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need experience in a similar management role, advanced communication skills, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
