We are currently seeking a Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team of educators.

Job Description: As a Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant at you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and students. You will work closely with teachers to create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing one-on-one and small group support to students who may need additional help with their learning.

* Assisting with classroom management and behavior support strategies.

* Preparing and organizing learning materials and resources.

* Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapting lessons to meet their individual needs.

* Monitoring and recording student progress and feedback to teachers.

* Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

* Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best educational outcomes for our students.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:

* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. (Level 2 TAs will be considered depending on school experience)

* Previous experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school setting.

* A passion for education and a strong desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patience, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.

* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
