Overview:
 
An industry leading independent insurance brokers is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking
individual to be an ambassador of their Claims Division and assist in handling claims within their
property division.

The overall purpose of the role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience and to handle
claims in an efficient, proactive and customer-focused manner.
 
Role & Responsibilities:

FNOL Registration
FNOL Management
Dealing with phone calls and post advising
Ensure an exceptional claim service
Diary Management 
Essential Skills & Experience:  

1+ years experience
 Cert CII – or willing to complete
 Claims experience in any area
 Accuracy and attention to detail
 Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
 Excellent communication skills
