HR ADVISOR
Flexible Remote / Hybrid role - Based LE3
Part time - 27 hours per week
10 month - Fixed term contract 
£35,454 ( pro rata )

The commercial division at SF recruitment are currently working in partnership with a highly respected client based in Leicestershire, who are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist for initially a 10-month period, this is due to them going through a significant period of change and a large transformation project. As part of the HR team, you will play a pivotal part in providing HR Support to various clients and stake holders, internal and external, ensuring service is focussed on commercial business solutions that are innovative.

The Role
- Build excellent client relationships, to ensure that you understand the clients' requirements to be able to propose the best possible product and service to resolve the client's issues.
- Responding and resolving client enquiries within contractual SLA's.
- Provide guidance and support to clients with all employment law and HR enquiries, ensuring that all options are discussed with the client.
- Ensure that all client records are maintained accurately up to date with any amendments, resolved cases and confidential documentation.
- Support clients in drafting documentation / contract letters in line with their company policies and procedures.

Key criteria:
- Experience of providing effective & practical HR advice - full employee life cycle.
- ER Knowledge.
- Experience of proactively identifying areas for improvement and taking action to make changes.
- Experience of identifying and meeting customer needs.
- Problem Solving.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Able to prioritise key tasks in an ever-changing environment.
- Strong understanding of Employment Law and HR best practice.

Public sector / Safe guarding / Education experience is desirable but not essential.

You will be able to start this role in October and will be able to commit for a 10-month period.
