My client specialises in the development, production, sale and service of heavy plant equipment to the concrete and mining industries. Due to ongoing to success, they are looking to bring onboard a Parts Advisor. The ideal candidate will have experience within parts sales and be based near Chesterfield. This is a full-time, office based position.

Parts Advisor Position Overview

Using various communication methods, including phone, email, social media and face to face to sell machinery spare parts
Posting adverts and offers on social media to promote company products
Monitoring and intake of customer orders
Providing customers with advice on parts
Booking out customer orders of stock and machinery
Dealing with returns and warranty claims
Stocktaking and analysing the sale of spare parts

Parts Advisor Position Requirements

Experience within parts advising and sales
Forklift licence beneficial
A basic understanding of MS Office applications
Based within commutable distance of Chesterfield

Parts Advisor Position Remuneration

Salary £22,000 - £23,000. £27,500 OTE
Product specific training
39 hours Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 15:30
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Annual performance based bonus
3 month probation
