The Role:

As a Specialist Sensory Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of a specific pupil with complex needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and delivering tailored sensory-based lessons and activities.
Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborating with other professionals, parents, and caregivers to ensure holistic support.
Tracking and documenting the pupil's progress and adapting strategies as needed.
Promoting communication and independence skills.
Providing guidance and training to support staff and caregivers.Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with children with complex needs
Expertise in sensory-based teaching and therapy approaches
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
