About the role - Cover Supervisor

This Sutton-based school is looking for a Cover Supervisor to join a courageous and compassionate community. The ideal person will have strong verbal and written communication skills and experience managing behaviour and motivating students. You will understand the importance of inclusion and diversity and be passionate about helping young people strive. For this Cover Supervisor role, you will deliver pre-planned work to KS3-4 students, motivate, and engage students using positive teaching techniques, and assist the wider HR Team where needed. This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.
