ROLE: Senior Quantity Surveyor
LOCATION: Crawley – West Sussex
SALARY: £65,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Package

About Our Client:
They are a medium sized Developer who typically span across the midlands and south. Projects are often 100+ units and often Traditional build. The company have a big focus on building sustainable homes. This business has previously been voted as House Builder of the Year.
The Role:
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to run all the commercial functions of a new build residential project. This is a phased project with years left to run so even in a slightly unstable market, the company can offer longevity and security. You will be involved in everything from early stage package procurement through to final accounts. You will undertake all duties along the way including monthly CVR’s and package management. You will report in to a visiting Commercial Manager. The role is site based with a level of hybrid working.
The Applicant:
The ideal candidate must have:
* Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on residential projects
* Local knowledge of sub-contractors and trades to aid the supply chain.
* Further related education, such as a Commercial Management degree
It is desirable to have:
* Taken the commercial lead on residential projects over 100 units.
