Boden Group is exclusively working with a leading Facilities Management company to recruit a Operations manager to cover critical sites across the west midlands.

You will oversee the delivery of the contractual deliverables across your contracted sites,

What you’ll be doing

* Deliver health and safety, sustainability, quality and statutory best practice

* Oversee and ensure the preparation, approval and maintenance of every SDP’s, ESTS, FASP, and ESR

* Report on contract Performance Indicators

* Support change process

* Manage budget and review P&L for effective delivery within contractual requirement

* Maintain commercial control to enable planned milestone payments are achieved

* Monitor and review Supply Chain performance

Experienced required:

* Demonstrable experience of managing and supervising staff in Construction, Property Maintenance

* Management of the operational delivery of Estate Management tasks

* Leading an operational team to achieve KPIs

* Proactive performance management

* Technically qualified is beneficial.

Salary: £63,000 + Car Allowance
