The daily duties of a Stores Operative include:
Picking of parts to complete orders
Using handheld electronic scanners
Following standard operating procedures
Kitting of parts for the assembly departments
Completing stock takes
Being conscious of all health and safety processes and following them strictly
Inputting data in the company's ERP/MRP system (Epicor)The Profile of a successful Stores Operative:
Prior experience within a warehouse or stores environment (Ideally within a manufacturing / engineering company)
Able to work at pace
Prior use of a stock tracking system or MRP / ERP system
Health and safety conscious
Experienced working to pick lists
A high standard for attention to details and accuracyThe Company:
