Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Multitrade Plasterer to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, your primary responsibility will be plastering, but you will also perform various maintenance and repair tasks in council homes. Your exceptional plastering skills will help transform and maintain these properties to the highest standards. Van and fuel card will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform plastering work to repair and maintain council homes, ensuring a smooth and professional finish.
Work on a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, minor carpentry, and basic plumbing as needed.
Conduct inspections to assess the scope of work required for each project.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address their concerns and questions.Requirements:

Proven experience as a plasterer in a similar role.
Multitrade skills and experience in related maintenance and repair work.
Proficiency in plastering techniques and materials.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving license.
NVQ
Own tools
Relevant trade qualifications and certifications are a plus.
