Role: Service Lead
Salary: £24,589 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Stroud, Gloucester

Amber Mace are recruiting for a Service Lead to join the team at a small residential learning disability home based in Stroud. They pride themselves in their approach to individual support for each person, ensuring they are involved in their daily choices, to make certain they live a meaningful life, with opportunities, experiences and independence.

We are looking for a proactive and friendly Service Lead to join the team to continue to offer an independent care approach to the residents.

Job Role:
-Day to day management of a small residential home
-Creating, monitoring and covering Rota’s
-Daily & weekly auditing
-Staff management on shift and on Rota
-Working as part of shift Rota & Office time
-Holding timely team meetings, supervisions, probation reviews and all necessary training monitoring
-Liaising with healthcare professional to support residents
-Leading by example at all times – showing initiative and progression
-Supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager
-Maintaining paperwork in line with CQC regulations and managing specific tasks

Requirements:
-Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards
-Previous experience as Senior/Team Leader
-Ability to motivate a staff team
-Ideally experience with learning disability/mental health
