Lead Salesforce Business Analyst

UK based - Remote

Up to £70,000 + private healthcare, life assurance, gym membership etc.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to lead a BA and Product team within a highly successful Salesforce Partner is now available.

You'll be:

Leading a small team Business Analysts and Product Owners as it continues to grow
Working on Salesforce related projects
Liaising with clients, requirement gathering, running workshops etc.You'll be joining a consultancy which is relatively relaxed, doesn't have full utilisation to help allow professional growth, and has a good working environment with quarterly meetups.

It's important you have commercial experience within health and life-sciences due to their work in this industry.

The position offers private healthcare, income protection, life insurance, gym membership and other benefits. The whole team works remotely from the UK and Europe. You require full rights to work in the UK.

Experience / skills required for this Lead Salesforce Business Analyst role:

Leading / mentoring / managing a small team of BAs / POs
Good knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools
Commercial experience within a Health and Life-Sciences setting
Excellent facilitation and workshop skills
Worked within a consultancy, ISV, digital agency etc.You will be required to meet clients f2f for discovery workshops etc. You won't be required to work on-site and most of the clients will be based in London.
