Reward Business Partner - Warrington - £50k - Hybrid

Culture Recruitment Group is helping a Warrington based client find a full-time Reward Business Partner to join their Reward team. This is a hybrid working role offering a salary up to £50,000 dependent on experience.

As a Reward Business Partner, you can expect to:

Work across all business areas, providing expert Reward guidance and support to the Leadership teams
You will build key relationships at all levels and will be responsible for core reward principles and activities to ensure that the People & Reward objectives are met
You will partner with key stakeholders to align their pay & reward structures within their teams and create business cases for change
Lead the annual pay and bonus cycle for each business line, ensuring it is completed effectively
Line manage a Reward analystTo be successful in this role you will:

Be experienced in complex reward planning within a large matrix organisation.
Have knowledge and experience of reward tools and principles.
An understanding and experience in linking reward design to employee engagement.
