An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse / Senior Nurse (RMN and RNLD) to join a warm and welcoming High Dependency Hospital in Leeds. 21 beds, the Hospital suppers Males (age 18 and over) with Mental Health needs.
The Hospital adopt an integrated treatment approach and care plans are developed alongside of the patient. Encouraging patients to be a part of the decisions that are made for their treatment and recovery - which are appraised within patient review meetings.
Patients are supported to develop a structured week, which includes a range of therapeutic and activity sessions. Psychological therapies are offered according to the individual's presentation, with the aim of addressing any outstanding needs and developing coping skills that prepare them for a safe and successful transition.
Job role:
Work as part of a highly skilled and knowledgeable multi - displinary team.
Hold key responsibilities around promoting excellence and and effective team work.
Provide leadership and clinical management to team members.
Be a highly visible role model.
Effectively apply you knowledge, skills and experience to oversee and maintain the highest standards of care.
Actively communicate and engage with other medical professionals, both internal and external.
Provide advise, support and direction to Junior members of the team.
Hold responsibility for ward environments and it's resources.

An experienced or qualified Registered Nurse / Senior Nurse (RMN & RNLD) This hospital welcomes applications from Mental Health Nurses and Learning Disability Nurses. Full training and support will be given by your own designated mentor.
Registered Nurse / Senior Nurse with a valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK?
