At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative for a temporary 

position in Leeds on a temporary  basis working on void properties. Experience in social housing is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi skilled. You will be provided with your own company van.

The Job and duties of a Joiner  

Undertaking repairs 
Travelling from property to property undertaking repairs 
Be happy customer facing 

Joiners must be experienced 

Be willing to travel to different properties to undertake repairs

Requirements for a Joiner 

You will need a Full UK driving license 
Proven experience in the reactive repairs and maintenance sector
Be able to provide at least two working references
