Order Processor / Controller required for a supplier and manufacturer of cranes. The successful candidate will have previous hire company experience. The position is based in Heathrow and is available due to growth.

Order Processor / Controller - Crane Hire Position Overview

Liaising with customers via email and telephone
Maintenance and development of relationships with new and existing customers
Liaising with internal members of staff, regarding dispatch of orders and queries
Produce and process orders with consistent accuracy and within required timescales using internal systems
Process on hires, off hires and exchanges through internal systems
Liaise with site and workshops to coordinate any breakdowns of plant
Ad-hoc administrative duties
