JOB TITLE- HR Manager

LOCATION-Watford

HOURS- Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30 Office based only

The day-to-day duties in your new job would be:

Provide leadership of the HR function within the business
Working actively as part of the senior leadership team
Working closely with line managers to develop training within the team
Managing the HR budget, recruitment processes and supporting Finance with payroll
Maintaining and developing company policies and procedures
Regularly presenting HR data/information via reports to influence HR strategy We would love to speak with Candidates with:

4 years proven in a HR Manager role
Working within the Finance industry
