Your new company
The company provide the maintenance for social housing properties in the Cambridgeshire area whilst also being a nationwide company. You will be based in the Cambridgeshire area, providing a flexible service for each tenant.
Your new role
Is to provide the maintenance for a variety of social housing properties, with a range of responsibilities that will vary depending on the individual requirements for each property. You will be expected to travel across different properties, attending to the needs at the time.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a formal qualification in a relevant trade and to be competent in a variety of different tasks. It would be strongly beneficial for you to have experience in social housing maintenance. It is essential you have a full UK driving licence.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £32,000 + benefits.
