We are currently searching for a Property Management Assistant for our clients' office in London. Previous experience in property roles is essential as you will be assisting a busy team of property managers and need to hit the ground running. This role is focused on supporting a team.

Duties for the Property Management Team Assistant:
* Licensing (HMO and Selective)
* Service charge and ground rent payments
* Rent arrears chasing
* Dealing with supplier payment issues / queries
* DPS deposit registration
Character and skills profile of the Property Management Team Assistant:
* Experience working within the Property industry
* Ability to work under pressure and take control of own workload
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Exceptional Customer Service skills
* Confident communicator

Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) and WFH 1 day per week
