£20,500 per annum
We are working with a well-established, successful, and expanding, legal services organisation who provide professional executor and trustee services around all aspects of estate planning and asset protection
We are looking to attract an experienced Conveyancing Administrator to support a busy in-house conveyancing department, who deal with conveying properties into and out of trust, involving reviewing Land Registry titles and preparing the relevant deeds and Land Registry forms, as well as the post-completion process.
The role will involve
Conducting due diligence checks, to confirm the client’s identity
Checking Title prior to preparation of documents
Prepare Conveyancing documents and associated documents
Preparing closing packs for clients once a matter is complete
Preparing financial statements and invoices
Updating case management system
Dealing with routine calls for updates
Liaising with solicitors in relation to trust property
Producing conveyancing documents
Conducting electronic searches using the company’s systems whilst the caller is on the telephone, to resolve any queries they may haveSuitable candidates will have:
Experience of working in conveyancing
Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS outlook, Word and Excel
A professional manner and excellent attention to detail This is a full-time, fully office-based permanent job, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
