Our client is a lovely medium sized FM Service Provider that has a good client base across the UK. It is currently looking to hire a proven M&E Project Manager to join its team in the North. As the Project Manager will cover from Leeds and the surrounding areas.

The successful Project Manager will come from an engineering background and have a proven track record in a similar role. You must be able to delivery extra work projects that are a low value and high volume.

Typical project size will have a value of up to circa 500k. The selected Project Manager must be able to deliver multiple projects at any one time from inception to completion.

In addition, as the Project Manager you must have excellent attention to detail, be commercially aware, able to manage and negotiate with contractors, lead teams and bring in project on time and to budget.
