Contract Manager

Job Description:

We are a large-scale architectural metalwork supplier to the UK. We specialise in high rise residential balcony packages and carry out over 70% of our works within the M25 area. Project values typically range from 50k to over £8m and include glass, timber - as well as the full range of steelwork.

The successful applicant must be fully experienced in architectural metal work and secondary steelwork for the construction industry (5 years min ). Applicants must possess the following skills:

* Be able to efficiently and cost effectively contract manage all aspects of multiple contracts to full completion within required budget timeframe & budget.

* Build on-going professional relationships with key customers.

* Must have CSCS and SMSTS Cards.

* Must have good IT skills - MS Word and Excel.

Applicants will be required to work on various projects Nationwide and will be based out of our Sheffield Office.

Salary: £50,000 - £61,000 per anum
